Parents Evening!!!!
Well all I can say is...... what a load of tosh!
I have just sat and listened to my son's teacher and SEN co-ordinator (who could not co-ordinate a p!*s up in a brewery by the way) tell me that he has reached a plato and without "additional" help there is not much more they can do!!!
Additional help??? he has just been turned down for statementing and the LEA seem to think the school should be able to provide what he needs?
So I have a plan of action!!!!! I am going to teach him myself..... not full time but I will look into what he needs to know and I will help him the best I can.
First I will read through his reports, make notes of the areas that he is lacking (including physical stuff) and then I will use visual aids to enourage his learning.
Care to join me? well this is my challenge "help my son achieve level 3c by the end of Year 3"

And we are back!!
Oh! well!! its been over a month and I have not had the time or energy to write.
I have rethought the idea of this blog and i want to make it as interesting as possible yet fun and easy to understand. I want to provide information and answer questions whilst also having a forum to air my concerns, fears and needs!
Since I have been away there has been quite as few issues surrounding my sons schooling and over the next few days I would like to share them with you all.
So keep a look out and I will be back posting very soon :)
